History and Traditions of Yoga
Yoga is one of India's 6 major classical schools of philosophy in the old system of the Vedas. Although some of the development of some aspects of the yoga method and some great yogis know, we know of that early period, to the west, we are humbled by the immensity of the coverage of the subject in the Vedic teachings. We would be required by the studies to understand the depth of their wisdom will be overwhelmed. We are not in a position to fully evaluate theaccumulated contributions, the science of the thousands of years of its existence from the wise. The Indian scholars find it difficult to penetrate the scale of teaching and to rely on traditional legend, they provide a basis for their insight and understanding.

Yogic disciplines start with the goal of knowing God. His methods are developed discipline the body, emotions and spirit inTo Even on the wisdom of focus within our soul. That's it, prepares us for the reality of our own soul, before knowing the ultimate spiritual reality, when we experience a sense of on-one-ment with Universal Consciousness.
This expanded consciousness is not possible without first deliberately releasing us from the slavery of self-consciousness of the individual ego. We must be able after initial set up, different parts of our personality, to ourselves to let go – toselfless. It's so easy to say, so hard to do. The personality is designed to express themselves and to defend its existence. A large part of our early years of life are spent in building up the strength of personality and individuality and assert our claims to our own free will.
Then we must learn to evaluate once again breathing life into selflessness, such as a requirement if we want to search the wideradventures consciousness.
